Work began in 2022 with interior modifications to create a new kitchen. The project involved adding new areas and restructuring and removing bearing walls, as well as relocating utilities and windows, which elevated the ceiling height. The final outcome is a light and airy kitchen that complements the contemporary lifestyle while preserving the elegance of this Cleveland Heights home.
Following this, additional phases focused on enhancing and reorganizing the second-floor rooms to create a more functional master suite.
Presently, we are engaged in enlarging the garage and restructuring the building to support a rooftop hot tub, further enhancing the property's value and appeal.
