The Heyse

Cleveland, Ohio

The Heyse is a renovation of an important historic building for 32 market rate apartments in the lively Ohio City area of Cleveland. It was first built as luxury apartments in 1893, changed to offices in the 1980s, and was mostly unused until our client bought it. 

The developer secured historic tax credits for the project and renovated it to meet green standards, earning a special tax break from the City of Cleveland.
