ShakerLan is an adaptive re-use project converting an old furniture store and warehouse into a building with market-rate apartments, shops, and studios. It is located Cleveland’s Larchmere neighborhood which is experiencing a significant revival. The project features 14 apartments, a covered garage, and retail and studio areas. Our architectural services included Design, Contract Documents, and Contract Administration.
